Before opening paid materials
You may email [email protected] to request a cancellation review before your first access to paid lessons, practice packs, or workbooks. Include the email used for purchase and your order reference. Do not send payment card details.
After first access
Once you open paid course materials, change-of-mind refunds are not available, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We show a notice before first access and record when you choose to open the materials. Signing in, browsing the public preview, or viewing your course overview does not count as first access.
Billing and delivery problems
Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, and access or delivery failures are reviewed separately. Contact [email protected] so we can investigate, correct the issue, or provide an appropriate refund where due. This policy does not require you to give up consumer rights or payment dispute rights that apply to your purchase.
Course use and copying
Your access is for personal learning. You may reuse practice prompts and keep your own outputs. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the Wider Leap lesson and workbook library. Access controls reduce casual sharing but cannot prevent every screenshot or copy.
Reviewing a request
We may review your payment record, first-access record, and relevant account activity. Course progress alone does not prove that content was copied. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method; your bank or payment provider determines when it appears.
